Please refrain from smoking inside the premises to maintain a clean and healthy environment. 2. **No Parties or Events**: To respect our neighbors, we do not allow parties, large gatherings, or events in the apartment. 3. **Quiet Hours**: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone in the building. 4. **Occupancy**: The maximum occupancy for the apartment is 3 guests. Please do not exceed this limit. 5. **Cleanliness**: We kindly ask you to treat our home as if it were your own. Please keep the space clean and tidy and report any damages immediately. 6. **Check-in/Check-out**: Check-in is at 3:00 PM Local Time and check-out is at 11:00 AM Local Time. Please adhere to these times unless otherwise arranged. 7. **Security**: Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment. Do not share the access code or keys with anyone outside your group. 8. **Waste Disposal**: Please dispose of garbage in the designated bins provided and separate recyclables where possible. 9. **Respect for Property**: Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with respect. Any damage to the property or missing items may result in additional charges. 10. **Pets**: Pets may be allowed for a fee. Please contact us for approval.
